Woodland White- Very dry Villard Blanc finished on American Oak. SOLD OUT!
Villard Blanc- Dry, white table wine without oak. Excellent for food pairing or simply sipping on the patio.
Chambourcin - American White Oak Barrel aged from Shawnee Hills grown grapes, this wine has developed pleasant berry character without overwhelming oak. SOLD OUT!
Nouveau Rouge- Dry red blend of Chancellor and Corot Noir grapes with brief oak aging.
Rose- semi dry toward the dryer end. Great holiday choice.
Collage- once our best selling wine, it is finally back on the shelf. Semi to slightly sweet blush blend based on our Catawba grapes it is refreshing with hints of peach.
Sweet Sunset- sweet blush wine similar to White Zin.
Roadside White- sweet refresshing white wine from Niagara grapes.
BIG DIESEL WhINE- A fun wine inspired by a song of the same name by local parody musicians RogNboB, now on it's fourth run. The Calling in Well CD with the song on it is also available at the winery.
Ruvanesque- decadently sweet with 10% residual sugar developed to compliment the rich sounds of singer, song-writer Ruvane Kurland and Six String Ride's Traveler CD, also available at the winery.
Dessert Wines; Ports and Sherry
Gleaner’s Port- Chambourcin fortified with brandy spirits in a port style before the sweetness is gone. Sweet chocolate desserts taste even better with this wine. Very nice as a night cap. SOLD OUT!
Cobden Cream- Wonderful cream sherry style wine from Shawnee Hills grapes blended over our 8 year history. Our best selling wine, Cobden Cream currently is available. This is our most demanded but least available wine and always has a waitlist. SOLD OUT!
